With more than 16 years of experience working closely with homeowners, she helps sellers and real estate professionals prepare homes to compete at their hightest potential.
Known for her practical market insights and discerning eye, Stephani evaluates each property through the lens of buyer expectations, identifying the improvements that create the greatest impact while helping clients avoid unnecessary expense.
